- Day 1: DG DEFIS staff will present the EDF 2026 calls for proposals, the newest EDF developments, and provide you with information to help you navigate the application process.
- Day 2: Engage in a unique international networking opportunity to form defence R&D consortia and develop project proposals through various pitch sessions.
- Investor sessions: Connect with fellow investors and discover investment opportunities and companies through panel discussions and thematic pitching rounds.

Registration for on-site participation will close when the maximum capacity is reached.

Registration for online participation remains open until 15 February 2026.

The security check of all registrations is performed manually by the European Commission services, approval can therefore be delayed in case of uncomplete profiles.
